Very new hotel (only about 4 years old), and it's absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning (normally we hate it, here it was perfect), and good sound insulation. The swimming pools are a highlight -- this is one of the few hotels where there actually are enough sunbeds for all guests. The hotel is almost directly next to the sea, and it is next to a very nice walkable promenade along the sea with a great many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is outrageously diverse and varied, but we'd have preferred slightly less variety in favor of better quality.

The hotel is located maybe on the most peaceful spot of town, among trees, far from the hottest spot of people. There was no disturbance, whatsoever, only sounds outside being the birds and the sounds from tennis court. No nuisance at all. We also spotted a squirrel living in the neighbour and bats in the evening, which was very nice indeed. The landscape is excellent from the top floor; islands, the sea and the tree tops. The tennis courts offer entertainment, it was fun to watch people playing! We had a balcony in the South corner which offers also a stunning view to the mountains. The hotel itself is very nice and tidy. The rooms have plenty of space, with very comfy beds. The breakfast is excellent with numerous items to choose from, from cereals to fruits and everything between. There is also a possibility of gluten free options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And quick in their actions. Their English was also excellent: no challenges in communication, whatsoever.

This was the best place We stayed while we were in Croatia. The rooms are cozy, the view from the balcony is amazing, from one side mountain, from other side sea. Very nice and friendly staff, who was always with smile. Very good location, near sea, free parking spot. And of course, one of the best part of this villa was breakfast. Very fresh, very various, very delicious and the presentation of it was amazing! Wow! I really recommend this Villa.
