Absolutely amazing location, direct sea access, close to the cozy local restaurants and a small harbor, where you can take 10€ round trip to the next island. Town is amazing itself, calm, not crowded, with variety of beaches with emerald water. Also, there is a hidden nudists beach nearby. Balcony with a sea view, good air conditioning in the room and very helpful and friendly owner. Also good parking with possibility to charge electric vehicle.

All the contents that the resort offers are extraordinary. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very clean. The location of the resort offers a complete vacation for all generations, with many beautiful beaches, promenades and bike paths. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, which further increases the value of the service. And only the food. A very diverse range of delicious food enriched with the flavors of the Mediterranean but also interesting delicacies from Turkish cuisine that we were delighted with. In any case, a great newly discovered location that I will appreciate visiting again.

The accommodation is located right by the beach and the locality is quiet with not many tourists. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The terrace was very spacious and overlooked the sea with the beach. There are wooden shutters to eliminate the sun and mosquito nets in every window. The apartment is very quiet at night due to the tight windows and shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious dining table and a large sitting room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the terrace with a sea view, which was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the large terrace on comfortable sunbeds, which I think is the best part of the apartment. The owners provided us with beach towels and beach mats. There is a small bakery right behind the house with fresh pastry and bread, and a grocery store 500m far from the house. There is a lovely restaurant by the beach with nice food, and another one just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, Skalinada restaurant, with amazing views and a great menu of fish and seafood.

I absolutely loved the place!

I absolutely loved the place! It was quiet and remote, just enough to relax, but also it doesn't feel deserted as there are a couple of bars and restaurants and people are driving to this place so it is not empty. It's easy to travel by taxi from other places in Hvar.

Zavala is a place with mesmerizing sea view, smell and isolated feel. A good place for a good rest. Where to eat? Davor is a restaurant that attracts tourists outside Zavala, and it is a great place, however, I would prefer Skalinada restaurant, hidden nearby the beach, with a nice terrace and great chef. I think it was the most tasteful food I ever tried.

A very quiet, beautiful little place with a small harbor and some great restaurants. Peaceful, in a stunning location. Small harbor and secluded coves perfect for swimming in the evening sun. It couldn't be better.

The place is breathtaking, in the beginning of October there are no tourists, the weather is more suitable for walking, although you can still swim. In Sv. Nedelja there is an excellent restaurant Tamaryšek - the terrace has a view of the sea. Trips around the area to St. Nikola for moderately able walkers. It is good to have a car to make trips to towns such as Jelsa and the town of Hvar.

Absolutely wonderful. A great place to relax and unwind. There are illuminated walkways around the coast that will lead you to an excellent restaurant or a bar by the sea. A quiet, peaceful place. There are towns with restaurants and shops nearby. Also supermarkets. We have nothing to complain about. Everything is absolutely excellent.

We spent a wonderful September holiday at the Stella Mare 4* hotel in Zavala, a beautiful calm place, stunning views from terrace, clean spacious apartments and excellent beds and mattresses. The hotel provides in a family restaurant with really delicious meals and the breakfast is also served very various. The hotel and staff services are excellent and really professional, very accommodating. We had a wonderful time during our holiday, on beautiful beaches and in the clear sea!

Superb location - calm house with big yard and beautiful sea view on secluded location without people, aproximately 20 minutes from Zavala. House has direct acces to the sea bellow the yard and small private bay. Inside the house everything worked fine included WIFI, AC and kitchen, no problems at all. I highly recommend to bring paddlebord or kayak, there are nice places to explore around the coast - again without crowds of people.

Perfect hotel. Amazing view directly from the hotel room. There is a panoramic pool. The restaurant is ok. Tasty dishes but a little bit overpriced. Very good service, friendly staff. Nice waiters. Friendly owners. Cool trip to the island Hvar. Tunnel. Own beach is also amazing. Extremely clean and crystal clear water. Perfect blue color of water like from Bounty ad:)

The apartment is very nicely located with a sea view from the spacious terrace. The ocean is just a one minute walk away from the apartment with lots of swimming spots close by, perfect for beach days. The drive to Zavala is spectacular and adventurous, especially the first time (less convinient with larger cars). The quiete and scenery are stunning.
