Everything was great! A very good location, close to Cave Bath 10 min walking & opposite Ellisum another SPA location. The room at the hotel was clean, warm, comfortable bed & pillows; the bathroom was clean; towels & bathrobes provided in the room for the swimming pool & jacuzzi area.. which was also great! The food in the restaurant was good cooked and tasty.

Lignum Hotel was excellent. The staff at reception were very friendly, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The baby cot even included baby soap, and there were plenty of towels, making it feel like every small detail was thoughtfully considered.

The hotel room was excellent, equipped with everything a couple might need during their stay. The breakfast was abundant and everything was very delicious. The hotel complex has several à la carte restaurants, and a particular advantage is that you can charge the meals to your room. The presence of a go-kart track within the complex was the ultimate highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The wellness area was clean, and during our visit, it was used by few people, making it perfect.

I knew that I wanted to visit Lillafured but, beyond that, I didn't know much. Hotel Szeleta turned out to be an excellent find. For me, the Palota Lillafured was completely out of my budget-range... but Hotel Szeleta was not :) . Hotel Szeleta and Lillafured are easily reached from Miskolc... I took the tramway from the train station all of the way to the end, and then transferred to Bus 5 or Bus 15, both of which head up to Lillafured. Hotel Szeleta is in a pretty town in the valley called Also-Hamor, so downstream from Lillafured. I think it was about 1- 1.5 km to walk to Lillafured by way of Felso-Hamor, another pretty town with the stream running through it. I was able to have a reasonable lunch at the restaurant in Palota and could walk their beautiful grounds... so it all worked out. In Also Hamor, there appeared to be some restaurants geared toward tourists... but as it was off-season they were not open yet.

Beautiful settlement, with lots to see.

Beautiful settlement, with lots to see. Worth a trip, hiking, swing, forest walks, medicinal plant garden, etc. At a younger age, it is also worth going to the neighboring settlements, many good programs await us. Locals are helpful, but you have to go to the store on Saturday morning for fresh bread, because there is no bread delivery on Sunday!

It's a very nice little village, in a beautiful setting, but...

It's a very nice little village, in a beautiful setting, but there's almost nothing there, so if you're planning to have dinner, you can go at 6pm at the latest, because the kitchen in the central restaurant closes at 6:30pm. There's another restaurant, we didn't try it, it's open a little later. There's a small shop in the center, very small, but it has everything. There's another one at the bus stop, we weren't there.

It is a very nice, quiet little village, just walking around...

It is a very nice, quiet little village, just walking around the village was an experience for us. We walked to the lookout point from which the view is really beautiful. The climb to the lookout point itself requires a bit of physical fitness, but the result is beyond expectations.

The area is very beautiful, although the effects of the...

The area is very beautiful, although the effects of the economic crisis are felt in the village: many empty houses, closed restaurants. The Private Inn was opened after closing at our request, we were given food and drinks and a kind word, which was an extremely pleasant feeling - thank you for that. The village is a perfect choice as a starting point for Bükk tours

A real little fairy tale village.

A real little fairy tale village. The people are nice to everyone, they say hello, they always have a good word or two. All attractions are easily accessible on foot. Prices are higher compared to the city. The local handicrafts are of high quality.

The people are fantastic, as are the sights.

The people are fantastic, as are the sights. The area, Eger, Miskolctapolca, Felsőtárkány. The roads leading here. The Glass House, the lookout tower, football field, stones. The biggest surprise, the cabbage rolls prepared at 9 pm in the small pub by the new stage. In this small village. Great, I can only recommend it!!
