The host was very kind and reliable, our arrival and departure was smoothe. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and is excellent if it's hot outside, its thick walls will keep the heat out. (However, it gets chilly inside when the weather cools down a bit.) The location is excellent, the people in the village are very friendly, and its neighbourhood is beautiful.

Big, lightful room. Much space, very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, fridge and minibar, breakfast possible and also only getting a cup of coffee/ beer etc for 1-2€. Good WiFi, parking place available, didn't hear any neighbours (not many people there, though), great garden (very interesting statues of women all around, also inside the house - really great, very inspiring). Playground, grill area, wintergarden available. Cool hiking tracks nearby (200m and in the forest), very friendly landlady, all very easy and perfect for business stay and hiking vacation, alike! I woke up to the sound of chicken. Really great! Price absolutely good - can only recommend!

My first stay was in 2017 my father and brother live in Mayarlak which is a 5 minute drive the hotel has everything you can ask for the staff are friendly very welcoming. I then returned in 2019 and then again in 2022 and now July 2024. I would highly recommend Gotthard hotel I would like to thank Fábián Fanni who has arranged my taxis to see my father you all have gone above and beyond to make my stay an absolute joy.
