Staff were amazing. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. You can have it delivered to your private patio. There is a shuttle for free that takes you downtown. The hotel has an art gallery, a spa and an outdoor yoga space. Could not be nicer! Restaurant is also incredible and well priced.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, so they made us feel like in home. The place is close to the center of Ubud but at the same time is far away from the hustle and bassle. Service in Bali is always at high level but this hotel will easily beat any other 5* hotel. They are super attentive and proactively solve any desires. I had an ankle injury, they drove me to the hospital and back at no price. They have good own Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. Very good location and Ubud area transportation included.
