The hotel is close to Malioboro street (obviously) and in front of the train station, which is a plus for getting to Prambanan or Malang. The staff is nice and helpful, the room is modern and large with a comfy bed. The soundproof is ok considering the country standards. The restaurant food was also good! Also free water refill in the hallway so it’s a nice gesture to avoid plastic bottles.

I order city view room. But when I check in, they gave me a room with *NO VIEW*, the room face toward a wall. Room No. 376. After complain to the front desk, they quickly solved the problem and changed my room into a room with really city view. Although I was not happy in the begining, their attitude and respect to the guests really made me feel great in the end.

The hotel was one of the most hospitable hotel I have ever been to. All the staff were very friendly, smiling faces and helpful. Their service was top notch customer oriented. They pay attention to every need and detail of the customer, especially Yoshi who even remembered what we liked to have as drinks. All the offered amenities were also really good.
