Hopefully you will get the chance to book the villa because it is a MUST TRY experience in my opinion. The most wonderfull experience we had in Bali, the villa has an amazing view, total privacy, beautiful pool and outdoor area. The design of the bamboo villa is outstanding, everything is just perfect, well integrated and it has a flow and perfect blend with nature. Everything is very clean, we had no problems with insects, the bed was very confortable. Great massage by the way (you ask for an appointment at reception) We communicated by Whatsapp with reception so we won’t climb the stairs :) The pool was so great, we got up every day to see the sunrise. Exceptional view: you see the volcano, the sunrise and the ocean, plus the rice terraces Very friendly and helpfull staff. All photos on Booking can help you get an ideea but in reality it s much more amazing!

The stunning floating treehouse took my breath away - an architectural masterpiece nestled in the lush, untouched beauty of Bali. The service was exceptional - thank you to Ali for catering to our every need. The romantic package is highly recommended - it included a delicious 4-course meal, an amazing floating breakfast, a blissful 1 hour in-villa couples massage and such beautiful decoration & even a lovely basket of thoughtful gifts with a personalised note. I felt like a princess in a floating bamboo castle, it was such a magical experience! My faves: - the breathtaking view: on a clear day can see Mt Agung volcano, the rice terraces, river Ayung flowing thru as well as the ocean. - the food - we had all our breakfast, lunch & dinner here & everything exceeded expectations. Food tasted so delicious, the portions were large & prices were reasonable. - the heated pool - perfect for a dip at night in the cool weather. - strong wifi. - serene & quiet location. - the outstanding service from all the staff. Very friendly, super fast - recommend to go on an experiential trip - we thoroughly enjoyed a half day trip to Besakih temple & a coffee plantation nearby.

I stayed only 2 nights, could have stayed longer! The cottage is in excellent condition. The breakfast was so nice. The location is wonderful, peaceful enough. I personally walked everywhere and didn't need a motor vehicle. Of course, I only moved within walking distance from the accommodation. In order to be able to explore Sideman more, you would need a car or a scooter. There are warungs near the accommodation where you can get excellent food! There is also a laundry service only a couple of houses ahead on the same road that I found very good. Thank you very very much for being such a kind and helpful host! It was a big help that you even arranged a local driver for me that I could continue my trip.

Very new and beautiful hotel with amazing view on rice fields and Mount Agung (if it’s not cloudy). Very good service, extremely attentive and friendly! We liked the infinity pool with great views. All the dishes we tried at the restaurant were delicious. Also the breakfast menu has a wide selection of continental breakfast as well as Indonesian.

I had a truly wonderful stay here! The place is beautiful, very peaceful, and perfectly designed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with hot water. What really makes this place special are the owners – they are absolutely delightful, incredibly kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. They gave me great tips about things to do in Sidemen and made me feel so welcome. I loved everything about this property. The location is great and view is absolutely amazing!! We ordered room service the days we were here as we didn’t want to leave as we loved it so much and the food was great! Owner Mel and staff were very accomodating and went out of their way to make your stay incredible. Awesome communication set up with phone for anything required. Amazing attention to detail and have thought of everything. Would highly recommend to stay here and will definitely be coming back!!

The stay was incredible. It’s important to note that the villa is completely open—there are no walls—but for us, that’s exactly what makes it special. We slept wonderfully listening to the sounds of nature (which are many), and it was amazing to see fireflies from our bed. The staff is very kind and attentive to all our needs. It’s a truly special place, isolated from civilization and a haven of peace.

A truly charming stay facing the rice fields, with an adorable and very attentive staff who made us feel so welcome.
