The service and staff are truly top-notch. Special mention to Ria, who helped us get to the bank one evening when there were no taxis available. We left this place with only one desire: to return. Really great overall experience. We did not have any expectation only booking as a stay over for onwards travel to mentawais and were pleasantly suprised with the quality of the hotel.
