Really great staff. Marie and her team were friendly and catered to all our needs, including providing mask, snokel and reef shoes. The location is amazing, the best on the island. It's paradise. Waking up to gorgeous sunsets over the ocean right outside our room was incredible. It's a short walk at low tide along the beach to the village. The locals on the island are so friendly.

Great little resort right on the water. The 2 bedroom apartment was awesome for us. Lovely to have own sitting area. Good air con but had fans and big doors to open to let the breeze in and enjoy the view. Food was fantastic. Possible best cheese burger and bolognaise ever! The owners Nigel and Lisa and all the staff were so lovely and friendly. They organised a great snorkelling trip- turtles and a sea horse spotted

Very nice and friendly staff, always smiling!! The food was delicious, honestly some of the best we’ve ever eaten. Not to mention, it was all available at a very good price point. The little pool had a great view and was a great place to relax. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the peace of the little island Gili Gede!

We had a lovely time at Flower Paradise. Treated like family by the helpful, friendly and funny staff. Had a cute bungalow with lovely view right on the beach. Centrally located on the island so easy walk everywhere. They organised snorkling and transport.

Everything was perfect. The owner Hera is very nice and took good care of us during the whole stay. Her resort is really like an oasis on the island. She also arranges transportation and trips (fishing, snorkeling). And lovely dog Bruno is like cherry on top :-))

Sofia and her husband have been super Nice to us, the place was lovely directly on the beach and great breakfast. They organized us a snorkeling tour and transportation at prices that was better than any other offers we had (and this area seemed tougher in terms of negotating) so I highly recommand talking with them for everything you need

This stay was the best one of my trip in Indonesia. Not only the house is well located and good maintained but the host Irwan was the best company. He took me snorkelling, we saw many sea animals and different islands. Also, we fished and ate it in the night together. The people of the island are very friendly and I felt 100% safe as a solo female traveller. I will come back <3

Gilli Gede is an easily accessible island and from there we were able to arrange day trips to neighbouring islands, the snorkelling was fantastic and the local village was welcoming. facilities and restaurants were great, just need to make sure you bring enough cash as there is no reliable ATM on the island.

Gili Gede is the perfect base to see other Gili and Lombok.

Gili Gede is the perfect base to see other Gili and Lombok. It’s has five fishing villages, five mosques and one school with interesting everyday life going on all around, it’s just not a tourist island. I ate fish caught one hour before and cooked at Warung Bamboo of the best little Warungs on the beach - cool music and sensational food!

The resort organised a snorkelling trip which was great,just my husband and I with a guide. Fresh water and towels provided on a very comfortable boat. The traditional sasak massage was one of the bestI have had,1 1/2 hours of bliss

Unfortunately, Gili Gede proved to be a disappointment...

Unfortunately, Gili Gede proved to be a disappointment compared to Gili Asahan. The beaches were very littered, and the resorts didn't seem very concerned about addressing the issue. However, the stay at the Kokomo resort was excellent due to everything – from the resort itself – the beautiful and comfortable villas, the pool, and especially the excellent restaurant and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The island is beautiful, especially where it's well-...

The island is beautiful, especially where it's well-maintained. That is, on the opposite side. I stayed at High Dive and it was wonderful. The Bukit restaurant was equally beautiful. So the island is worth it... Unfortunately, if you want to work in tourism, you have to start at a decent level. The price itself isn't high, but there are other more adequate basic facilities.

A wonderful resort.

A wonderful resort. Take it easy, snorkel with beautiful coral reefs right outside the accommodation. Or go on a snorkeling trip and see sea turtles, seahorses and schools of fish and colorful coral. Diving opportunities are available. Also fishing! Or take a walk along the beach to the village and explore it
