Very peaceful location, 10 min. by scooter from the center, close to 3 very nice beaches and on the back a nice spot to enjoy the sunset. Spacious room with good matras and outside cosy places to sit and have coffee/breakfast. Very well received by the family and Ries, who always took his time to chat and gave us lots of tips and information about the area.

Thank you for the stay in Royal Ocean View. The view from the Pool and restaurant is perfect. We enjoyed a stay of 10 days. Very nice and helpful staff and big thanks for everybody! Rooms are clean, there is hot water. Quite quiet location in overall. You can rent a motorbike via hotel and it's mandatory due to the remote location.

Amazing owners and managers who go out of their way to make you at home. Would recommend the bungalow for those who want a more private stay in a great location, close to pantai Bobby and the port town. Snorkelled through Big K and had a great stay - my second time visiting and couldn't recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts speak perfect English and are incredibly kind and helpful — always available to guide us and offer great suggestions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and we slept amazingly well. This is quite rare in Karimunjawa, where nighttime can be noisy due to prayer speakers — here, instead, we found true peace and quiet. We had originally planned to stay only three nights before moving elsewhere, but if we could go back, we’d definitely spend our whole time at Loyal Friend. It truly felt like home. The location is excellent: just a short distance from both the center and the harbor. We also rented a scooter at a very fair price — it was in great condition and gave us no issues at all. This is a special place that we’ll always carry in our hearts, and we recommend it wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Exceptional place. Probably one of the most amazing houses I, and the family, has ever stayed at. Hovering above the water with amazing sunsets and an almost private pier. Staff is great, we wanted to do a BBQ with fresh fishes and they effortlessly helped us to organize. It was simply amazing. Highly recommend! Tip for the sailers under us: they rent out a small catamaran for 2-3 people for 250K a day. They also have a 8 meter catamaran which you can sail along with.

Al Mare feels like a little oasis from the moment you arrive. The deck is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, or just relaxing. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was comfy and well equipped, with a quiet, effective AC. The shared deck has plenty of spots to either meet people or chill in private. Everything was clean, cozy and the bed was seriously comfortable.
