Staff were amazing. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. You can have it delivered to your private patio. There is a shuttle for free that takes you downtown. The hotel has an art gallery, a spa and an outdoor yoga space. Could not be nicer! Restaurant is also incredible and well priced.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, so they made us feel like in home. The place is close to the center of Ubud but at the same time is far away from the hustle and bassle. Love the exterior and the whole place was very warm and cosy. And it was walking distance to the busy shopping street about 20mins walk. Dayu the staff was very helpful and explain in detail prior to our stay.

Service in Bali is always at high level but this hotel will easily beat any other 5* hotel. They are super attentive and proactively solve any desires. I had an ankle injury, they drove me to the hospital and back at no price. They have good own Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. Very good location and Ubud area transportation included.

We loved everything at Bisma Eight, from the incredible massages at Mandala Spa and the delicious dining options to the beautiful rooms and wonderful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The views from the pool and terrace were beautiful and the location was great. The beds in the Forest Suite were also super comfortable and it was so lovely to have in-room breakfast on the balcony. All in all, a fantastic stay!
