The beach is awesome, a patch of paradise. Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.

Good value for money, breakfast was very nice for the price, everyone friendly, and I had a nice quiet night. If you want to go to the beach, you need a taxi, the hotel is close to the ferry terminal

If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone. Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and...

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again! The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! The personnel all very kind, talkative and friendly, always ready to help. The facilities are gorgeous as is the location also. Beach kept clean by an efficient cleaning crew. Pool assistants very attentive and cheerful. Special mention to Kassyr the hilarious buggydriver, Kristin the spa masseuse with the most relaxing way of treating a customer and Amirah at Treetops always smiling and making us feel special! All of you made our 25th wedding anniversary trip a memorable one.

The staff were all very warm, welcoming and helpful. They always greeted me and were attentive to my needs. The hotel room was very clean and was full of amenities like the kitchenette and quite large bathroom. The private pool and beach were also very clean and in good condition. The happy hour cocktails were really good as well. The breakfast spread was more than I expected, and the food at Vista was good.

Both pool and beach were amazing. The resort has many restaurants and hosts all of the activities one can imagine. We really liked the tour we did by renting a driver for a couple of hours and going outside of the resort area to see the real Bintan (Vihara Guan ti Gong and a small fishermen's village). Also, the staff always had a smile on their face and were ready to help in any way possible.

Lovely staff who are always keen to help and assist you, great location with private beach and plenty of space to accomodate (sunbeds, coves) and good spa at neighbouring hotel available for use. Rooms are beautiful and nicely furnished and all have a great view of the sea.
