Absolutely perfect — the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply flawless. The staff was amazing. Octe in the restaurant was very kind. The first day I mentioned I didn't like sugar, and the whole week, he made sure to ask my bowl without sugar :) He was on training, and I really hope the hotel makes him permanent. Redi was also kind. Santi and Dewi at the reception took care of us very well. The attention is beyond good. The breakfast was complete and tasty. The massages in the spa 10/10 The views from the restaurant and room. In the morning you can see monkeys. Everything was great.

It was an absolute dream! Stayed there for 1 night at the end of my 3 week trip around Bali. The staff were incredibly nice and went the extra mile to make sure you had everything you needed. I also had a deep tissue massage with Noni which is the best I had during my trip. Gusti and Dicky took excellent care of me in the hotel, bringing drinks and food to my room which had its only private terrace area looking out at the view. Wayan drove me to the ATV activity I booked through the hotel and back and to the airport and is a really lovely person. He taught me a lot about Balinese culture which made the stay extra special.

Attention to detail was immaculate. The rooms had everything we needed and more. The pool area is beautiful. The restaurant cocktails and food, including the breakfast, exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, all of the staff at this family run resort were wonderful and made us feel very much at home. Special mention to Eka in the dining area for all her help and kindness! Was also great to hear how the resort is giving back to the local community through its support of a nearby orphanage (Chloe Orphans Bali).
