The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.

Hotel area is very convenient , just walk distance to the mall Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room. but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away. we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before. will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

Receptionist Wannie assisted with my check in. Very polite and helpful. The hotel introduced something new. They have seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday night. Good price with good food. Try the milky fish soup, very nice. Thank you chef! Of course there are grilled seafood station, soup station, vege station etc. The desserts are good too. Oh, another thing, there's live music band. This is not a paid promotion yaa, just sharing my honest review as a hotel guest. If you come over the weekend, give it a try 😉

Check in process is smooth. Decent breakfast included in room rates so that's good. Location is a little bit out of the Nagoya area but there are free shuttle services provided and booking a Grab is very easy. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel location is quite for peaceful sleep at night. In-room dining food is amazing!!

We could see the New Year s Fireworks in our balcony as it was stationed opposite the balcony on the upper deck of the multistory carpark....we could also see other fireworks in other parts away from this hotel.
