We had a great time at Villa Bait Lino, Lukas and his family are very nice people and invested to make you spend a good time. The place is beautiful, you sleep just in front of the rices fields and the mountains. I absolutely recommend this place to discover the toraja culture. Also i would recommand Marco as a guide to help you discover Toraja, he is a very nice person, commited to his work and he'll tell you everything you need to know about the toraja culture.

Well run hotel VERY friendly staff. Comfortable bed clean resteraunt has extensive food menu ,even a menu for vegans . Every meal was good and not overpriced. Arraigned a car at normal prices. booked my bus ticket in a couple of minutes. Has numerous areas to chill .and nice decor and gardens.and it’s underpriced.

Sanggalangi is a wonderful little home stay nestled away from the hustle of the busy street. It is clean, hot water is a plus with abundant quiet seating and eating places on the ground and first floors. Food is outstanding, healthy and plentiful! The home stay is run by a gorgeous team, especially Peso and his lovely wife. Peso is a font of knowledge on everything regarding Toraja culture. I learnt so much. Highly recommended! I have never experienced so much helpfulness anywhere else. The accommodation is clean, in a good location, in a nice environment.
