the building is amazing! The room are nice and big enough. The bed super comfy. Felt like in a temple . And the staff! The best ever! Amazing team and everybody did their best to help me and provide me the best experience ever! Loved it every second! Keep me a room for my retirement! Room was clean daily. Wifi is strong. Bathroom is simple but good and have hot water.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories. Five stars all around!

This place was fantastic! Found it after leaving another hotel in the area due to be being so disappointed. The staff was absolutely the best we have experienced. They were always there to help and were very friendly. The room was beautiful with a view of the volcano. The pools were huge. The food was great and the restaurant was really nice. The front desk helped us get a driver that worked out great. All in all this was a great hotel. The best part was that we were nearly alone for most of our stay!

I was travelling with my elderly mother. Two elderly cousins. I wa so grateful they could give me two rooms with connecting door. So we had so much fun and esp for my mum it makes it easy for her to always hang out with my cousins. The staff are all very kind and friendly! I asked for our breakfast in our last day to be packed. At first they hesitated because we could come at six to have breakfast which is before our departure time, but I insisted because it would be just too hard for my mother and cousins to get ready so early …I told them to please put our breakfast in a iBox so we can take it and have it which allow us to take our time slowly. I was grateful that they finally understood. Also I was impressed by their prayer room - I had to use it when my friend came to visit me. The food is awesome. We stayed for 5 nights and we once got complimentary cakes. Everyone is happy. This is my second time staying here. Def will come back … hopefully they one day renew the carpet but the food and kindness cleanliness makes our stay so enjoyable
