This is such a relaxing friendly place to stay. It is an oasis of calm off the frenetic main road of Rantepao. (Though the top floor does get some road noise, and the nearby churches can be very enthusiastic in their singing) The staff are all very helpful, food is great and this is a good place to find reliable guides for trekking or day trips.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of town. It has a nice courtyard and in the afternoon you can have coffee or juice and sit outside your room next to the courtyard area. It is very relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very simple, but fine.

Sanggalangi is a wonderful little home stay nestled away from the hustle of the busy street. It is clean, hot water is a plus with abundant quiet seating and eating places on the ground and first floors. Food is outstanding, healthy and plentiful! The home stay is run by a gorgeous team, especially Peso and his lovely wife. Peso is a font of knowledge on everything regarding Toraja culture. I learnt so much. His happy nature, adaptability to everyone’s needs and kindness made my stay perfect. Thankyou Peso.

Ibrah was an absolutely amazing host. He couldn’t do enough for us. The place was spotless, the breakfast was huge and room were perfect! It felt like a real family home in Toraja! We loved our stay in Sinki home family. Imanuel was so caring and helped us with all our questions - he literally made us feel at home (big thank you!). Also his Mie Goreng is the best I ever had! we can 100% recommend to stay here and we hope to be back some other time.

Very nice place. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast super! We booked a car and the guide called Anis through the guest house. Anis is very friendly and professional. This 2 days were very nice. Thank you again to both of them. We highly recommend the guest house and Anis.

Yakov y Yansen are very nice people. All the staff was polite and welcoming and they 2 are great guides. They showed us torajan traditions and explained everything very clearly. I had the best noodle soup I have ever had in Indonesia. The place is in a rural area surrounded by nature, which makes it very pleasant stay
