What a great stay we had by Reza and his staff. You feel very welcome as soon as you enter this place. Reza was also our guide on a jungle trekking we have made and that trekking was excellent and with full respect for nature and animals. We have seen an orang-oetan, monkeys, and elephants. After a great lunch at the river and some swimming in a hot spring we tubed back home.

We stayed a week at the Jungle Inn and wished we could have stayed longer. It was sad to leave such a beautiful, peaceful setting. We had a large comfortable room (no.3) overlooking the river, decent wifi, supplied water so you didn’t have to buy plastic bottles and a kettle, we brought our own tea. Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful hotel team, great location. Rooms are tastefully decorated, bed is convenient. We have arranged the jungle tour through the hotel and everything about it was amazing: tour guide and the team, fruit snacks and tasty lunch, opportunity to see orangutans in their natural habitat as close as couple of meters away, great and sometimes quite challenging jungle walk and the highlight of the trip - tubing on the river. Highly recommend Orangutan hotel to everyone traveling to Bukit Lawang!

De sympathie . Everybody like to help us. It was clean and the food was wonderful, better than in my house. The owner and the family are very lovely people. We come back . We also had made a 2days tour to see the animals in the jungle. We never have seen such a animal not far from us.But the guide and helper did todos what was possible. Food and a lot of things for eating. Sleep places, toilet etc. Everything was in the jungle. So next time, we go again . Frits and Manuel, Portugal.
