Search hotels in Tatakiren

Our group of six booked three twin rooms for a total of R P454,261. We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 PM on May 23rd, only to be told that they only had two rooms available, one twin room and one double room. The hotel was breaching its contract by providing one less room. Because it was so late, four women aged 65-70 had to share a double room with two people sleeping in the double bed, plus two extra mattresses on the floor (see photo). Instead of offering a discount, they increased the price, charging R P25,000 for the double room and R P20,000 for the twin room (R P48,680 more per room than the booked price of R P151,420). The double room also incurred an additional R P98,680.
