Though it is a busy hotel, they responded promptly and politely to my messages about my delayed and cancelled flight. Then, the staff helped me find an ATM near the hotel and explained how to take the bus to Halim station. Extremely professional and helpful staff!

First of all, I want to thank the hotel staff for their kindness and support. We stayed there for just a day. But in just a day we realized that this is the best hotel for tourists who need to wait a night or two for a flight to another country.
