Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. Great hotel in Bintan resorts, our room was located right near the beach. The are 3 hotels on the beach, we used the facilities of Cassia and Banyan tree also. Room was clean, large, breakfast was good, for lunch and dinner we used Vista in Cassia where we also played table tennis, football and pool billiard during waiting for our order.

The staff were reliable, courteous and helpful. Located near the BNBT ferry terminal. Provided complimentary transport to and fro from hotel. Provided a good breakfast. Service and laundry is fast. Toilets come with bidet and exceptionally clean. Spa and massage was convenient
