This place is a paradise on earth!!! Met the owner who is very friendly and easygoing. I was offered free upgrade although I didn’t take the offer in the end (: The decorations are so gorgeous, staffs are very helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming (special thanks to mas Dika, Jey and Adik, and many more people who was so kind but I didn’t get their names). Welcome drink and cocktails made by the bar are very delicious! The breakfast was super delicious too and I hope next time they will have Indonesian breakfast option when I go back and stay there again (: The bed and pillows are super comfortable too.

I don’t even know where to start—this place in Bali was absolutely magical. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream. Every detail was perfect: the serene atmosphere, the warmth of the people hosting, the food they prepared, the design—everything was beyond what I imagined. Whether I was lounging by the pool, deep conversations with the hosts and their friendly staff, or watching the sunrise with with my morning coffee in my hand , I felt completely at peace and alive at the same time. It wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience, a reset, and a memory I’ll hold onto and hopefully return again once I find myself in Bali. If you’re considering it—go. Just go!

Great place.

Great place. Lots of excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. My favourite was Nyang Nyang Beach which is easy to reach. It's a sandy beach with great waves for surfing. Swimming is a bit more tricky as the bottom is rocky and the currents can be a bit challenging. There is a bar for refreshment and the beach is spacious and doesn't feel crowded. Uluwatu attracts lots of surfers and that's a bit the vibe that you get here.

Uluwatu is definitely worth visiting, we came for a wedding and ended up enjoying every minute of our stay. The people are so warm, there are so many great places to eat and beaches to explore. Roads are quite narrow, but getting around is super easy with Grab.

Uluwatu is beautiful. The food is amazing with lots of choice of restaurants catering to different needs. The roads can be chaotic - would recommend getting the Grab app to book taxis - these are definitely cheaper...

Uluwatu is certainly the tourist destination for fitness and...

Uluwatu is certainly the tourist destination for fitness and wellness lovers, or those that love the coast. The locals are extremely welcoming, and whilst I don't necessarily recommend it, you can travel most of it on foot compared to the rest of the island. The businesses are a lot more westernised and is a great first stop for your Bali trip experience.

Uluwatu is much more expensive and luxury compared to the rest of Bali. The place is under a massive construction renovation, there are construction site everywhere so it will be very different in a couple of years. We enjoyed our 4 days there but there is definetly less activities except for luxurious cliff restaurant and beach clubs.

Parts were lovely and the cliffs around the temple were amazing but be prepared for lots of traffic (especially scooters) so it takes a while to get anywhere and the public bits are a bit grotty. Couple of amazing places to eat (eg Nourish) and plenty of lovely massage options - we went to Zahra. Highly recommend going to a sunset dance performance - absolutely amazing!

Lovely family run hotel / home stay with individual rooms in a nice quiet location. Away from the main busy part of Uluwatu yet close enjoy to walk to and also 10 minutes walk to surf and Suluban beach. Food is great and reasonably priced. Family run business and they are all super helpful and looked after me throughout stay (I was there for 12 days total). This is not a 4 star hotel however all the basics are there (comfortable bed, hot and cold water, shower) and the grounds well maintained. And cute pets!

Villa is so luxurious & has everything you could need. Location was perfect for both Bingin & Pecatu for the evening time, close to Padang Padang & Thomas Beach! If you come to Bali in the dry season for surfing and spots like Padang Padang and Uluwatu are too heavy for you, Dreamland Beach is the perfect place. I could see how big the waves were from my hotel room and was on the beach in five minutes on foot. Other good surf spots such as Bingin are also within walking distance. The hotel is simple but good, the rooms are large, the bed is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything I was looking for. Thank you guys!
