I had a fantastic stay at the County Arms Hotel in Birr this April. The room was absolutely fabulous — spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The beds were large and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the lovely in-room coffee to the excellent breakfast that was delivered straight to the room — a real treat to start the day. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend the County Arms Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’d happily stay again.

The staff is wonderful! All are very nice and assist each other as needed. Excellent teamwork.

The conservatory was such a wonderful little area to sit and read. Our daughter especially loved the ability to roam around the farm, making wishes in the well, talking to fairies, searching for kittens, and following our hosts around like they were her long-lost grandparents.

Exceptional ! I have stayed in many places but this has to be up there with the very best. The hosts were so helpful, greeting us with a bottle of wine and having the place immaculate and stocked with bread, bacon, smoked salmon and beverages.
