We`ve spent two nights in the Ashlee Lodge, loved everything about it. There`s a spacious parking space in front of the house, the accomodation is really easy to find, the house itself is really beautiful. The room is clean and spacious, especially the bathroom)) We got a nice room service breakfast in the morning. Our hosts were wonderful and welcoming, told us everything about the local attractions and were really helpful. The property is only 10 minutes walking from the beach.

What a lovely stay. Perfect spot to feel out of the ‘hustle and bustle’ but still within reach of the city (make sure you have a car) was a beautiful spot to wake up to and see meadows in front of you, beds comfy. Would recommend!

You would need a car to take full advantage of all the area has to offer if you intend a long stay but there are plenty of on site activities and a number of short and medium walks from the hotel itself. It is good to explore the different dining options available. The Hunted Hog offers a varied and delicious menu that is very reasonable

The hotel, location, staff, and facilities were fantastic. The only issue was that we booked a room with a double bed and received a room with 2 singles pushed together. A bit of a dampener to our getaway.

I was there for the Art and Soul exhibition and it was really enjoyable. The hotel is very well appointed using high quality materials all over. The attention to detail, the large rooms, the service and the beautiful grounds made this a very enjoyable visit. Would recommend.

Well presented, exceptionally clean with great kitchen facilities. Instructions are very clear everywhere on the property. The bathroom and shower are premium. I have stayed in many hotels at twice the price that don't even come close to what is on offer here. The host was super helpful and really helped me out in a jam. The beach is only 2km down the road along with a great bar with food in the Garryvoe Hotel and 8 mins in the other direction will bring you to the door of a 2 star Michelin restaurant.

What a cute little cabin. Really cosy, so perfect for a quick summer getaway. It’s very simple so everything is easy to use. If you’re travelling by car this property is perfect, 5 minute drive to castlemartyr, 10-15 min drive to Midleton. Really loved how cosy this place was. Also Margo and her family were lovely

The staff were very attentive. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful. My partner had a 90 min massage which she said was amazing. The complimentary taxi service to the Hunted Hog is a great service.
