Everything was excellent. The host was extremely generous and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant, welcoming stay. The facilities were spotless, comfortable, attractive and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, and the scones were an enjoyable treat. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. If we did come back to Ireland this would be a must return destination. The pub over the road was also marvellous.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation! The owners were incredibly hospitable, even showing us their animals. The highlight was the amazing Irish breakfast served by a window overlooking the garden—it truly made my morning. The house exudes charm and warmth, making my one-night stay memorable. Excellent communication and directions so easy to find. Beds and all rooms clean and comfortable. 5 mins to Mullingar town for restaurants yet still very quiet. Excellent opportunity to stretch your legs across the road along the tow path / greenway.

The hotel had excellent size rooms, was very clean,had old world charm and the staff were friendly, approachable and nothing was a bother to them - very quick to find solutions to any problems!! I’d also like to mention that the staff in Berty’s Bar were also excellent and it was a pleasure to go there for dinner and/or drinks!!
