We had the most fun and amazing stay at Matty's Pub Apartments and would totally recommend staying there. You would never meet a more friendlier bunch of local folk or a more welcoming and laid back host. It was made quite clear from the start that meals were not part of the package but were available if required close by.Matty certainly made our time in Royaloak very special.

Very quiet picturesque village not a lot happening. We arrived on Sunday was extremely busy in bar for carvery. Dinner was lovely but a bit small for the price.we went to the little bar af the back of the local shop it was really nice

The breakfast was very good and the location very suitable. The food in the bar was very good too and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Carparking facilities very good too. Loved the decor, furnishings and vibe in the hotel. Planning to return in October.

Hotel was really nice, beautiful carvery on the Sunday when we arrived. Kay was fantastic to deal with and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely be back again. Lovely walks to be done along Riverside. Dinner and Breakfast was 10/10 😊
