The location is perfect. The hotel is on a bend of a street that's right in the middle of several distinct areas of central Dublin. Anywhere you want to go - there's a somewhat straight way to get there. Rooms are nicely done, with enough surfaces to put things on and enough places to sit. Our room was also very quiet, even on a Friday night I enjoyed coming to the coffee/tea stand at the lobby in the mornings. Complimentary water in the fridge is a nice little touch.

It's not Santry. It's Ballymun. A place with a bad rep but perfectly OK during daylight hours. The Metro feels totally secure and transport into town or out to airport is simple and low-to-zero cost in both directions.

Well, it's an airport hangout.

Well, it's an airport hangout. Room small but okay, Reception staff great. Restaurant staff needs serious training - 6 people (including 2 managerial types!) and tackling for service. Big problem. Not up to Crowne standards.

The hotel is near to the airport and operates a shuttle service which was quick and efficient. The driver assisted with our heavy baggage. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, check in took only a few moments. The restaurant provided a good selection of food and a Vegan menu. Drinks selection was extensive. Pricing for food and drink was also good value for money Rooms were clean and large enough that we were not tripping over each other even with large suitcases. There were 2 bottles of water left for us in the room. The beds were large and very comfortable. The bathroom is large and there are complimentary toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was poor . Running a bath would have taken forever due to the poor water pressure. The only downside was the price of the room at 248 euros for one night.

the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough. the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Good overnight stay for early airline departures. Great shuttle bus (free) to the airport or from the airport. Has restaurant and bar (not available during our stay due to a private event. Breakfast room. Good breakfast buffet.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Location to Dublin airport was perfect and the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel was very helpful. The check in staff were welcoming and efficient, as was the checking out staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and were very happy with the staff and the food was delicious. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was big and the tea tray was appreciated, along with the overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel throughout.

Location is superb when you're off to Dublin Airport or coming from there. We didn't have to pay for the parking, got a parking permit from the reception that we had to put on the dashboard. Complimentary water in the room. Kettle and coffee/tea are also available in the room

It’s really close to the motorway, airport and a short drive to Dublin. Lots of shops locally for food including Lidl, McDs etc. Food in the bar was lovely. Really impressed they also had oat milk as lots of hotels don’t carry milk alternatives in my experience
