The location is perfect. The hotel is on a bend of a street that's right in the middle of several distinct areas of central Dublin. Anywhere you want to go - there's a somewhat straight way to get there. Rooms are nicely done, with enough surfaces to put things on and enough places to sit. Our room was also very quiet, even on a Friday night I enjoyed coming to the coffee/tea stand at the lobby in the mornings. Complimentary water in the fridge is a nice little touch.

We were staying there mainly to visit family in Blackrock,...

We were staying there mainly to visit family in Blackrock, so that’s not hugely applicable question. But Kay’s kitchen in the Frescati centre was a casual but very friendly cafe. Unlike Brambles in the Stillorgan shopping centre which was a disaster, to be honest. But our stay at the Radisson hotel was a hit! We’ll be back there.

A well appointed hotel, with good-sized bedrooms in a good location to the south of the city centre. Has the benefit of a large 'free' carpark, which is good if touring. Access to the city centre can be taken via the DART rail which is a short drive away.

There is a Good CarPark, but if you don't have a Car, you can hire a GoCar, or get one of the Many Public Buses. Dublin bus has the 24hr E1 service from Bray to Ballymun, through the City Centre, using the Stillorgan Road or the E2 from Dun Laoire to Finglas. Aircoach stops right outside. S6 to Blackrock and Tallaght Square.

Stillorgan is predominantly a suburban, residential area so...

Stillorgan is predominantly a suburban, residential area so not really for tourists. However it is easily accessible to the city center by bus and also you can take a 15 minute or so walk to the Luas (light rail system) which also brings you to the city center or even Dundrum shopping center which has cinemas, restaurants and mini golf for those rainy days with the kids.

Fabulous old hotel with lots of well preserved history. Easy to reach from the N11 coming from the Motorway. Area is lovely and peaceful, had to stay there because of the nearby Embassy which is reachable by walking.

Wonderfully elegant and pristine hotel with beautifully manicured gardens and outdoor spaces. Plenty of parking, room was spacious and quiet, it had everything we needed. Fabulous breakfast! The hotel is well connected to the city center, despite the rather long distance. Buses run very often, and in half an hour you can be right in the center (depending on traffic). You can get to the Dart station in 10 minutes. Nice hotel staff and spacious rooms. The restaurant is quite large, but cosy, and has decent prices.

Great hotel for Dublin , lots of parking , good buffet breakfast , room had views of the coast and was very comfortable, we caught bus to Dublin which was very easy also walked to Blackrock in 30 minutes , busy road outside but no traffic noise , popular with coach parties

Great location to the south of the city. On a bus route so easy access to Dublin. Great bar and nice restaurant in the hotel. We ate there twice during our three night stay. Breakfast superb. A very comfortable hotel.
