The location is great. Everything is close by. The staff is highly qualified and attentive. The service at the hotel is excellent. Water is always at the entrance, the strawberries are simply delicious. Check-in is fast. Upon check-in, they upgraded the room category, it was unexpected and wonderful. There is a coffee machine and sweets and Easter decorations in the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are well designed and made with high quality, interesting decor. Bathrobe, slippers, everything was important. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I was especially pleased that it is prepared personally for each person. The hotel exceeded expectations. I recommend it. Next time I will stay only there.

Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient, especially when I asked to move rooms as I don't like lifts, so they moved us to a lower floor. Restaurant staff were also very welcoming, breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The hotel is in a great location to walk everywhere and car parking 5 minutes away. On the whole, a lovely hotel, rooms presented well, would definitely stay again.

Check-in was incredibly easy and quick. The receptionists and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. There is a little library to pick up a book to read during your stay and then leave it behind again before you leave, which was a really nice touch! I got upgraded to a more spacious room than I had booked, which was a lovely surprise. I also had the option of adding breakfast to only my last morning, so that was perfect for me and great that they can be so flexible for those with room only reservations.

The hotel was new and modern with nicely decorated spacious rooms. Marshall speakers in each room made a wow effect. Lovely bar for drinks between ventures and excellent location for accessing all central attractions or getting there by public transfer. Young and not so experienced staff but everyone was superfriendly. We loved it.

O'Regans was a fantastic hotel. From the first glance of the outside to the impressive inside, the lovely friendly VERY helpful staff and the large, tastefully decorated bedrooms .We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We parked in Drury St carpark as suggested and found we could walk around the sites very easily from the hotel.
