This is a complete spa with every kind of thing one would expect of it, plus a nicely designed hotel with beautiful rooms and great pools/ jacuzzi on top and ground. It’s position is a bit unusual, but this hotel is very good for a basis to make tours to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. A quiek point to calm down from the pulsating life in the metropoles.

Despite my flight delay, Mr. Meir stayed in constant communication with me and patiently waited until 3 in the morning to welcome me. His dedication to ensuring my comfort was truly remarkable. Each morning, I was greeted with a delightful breakfast prepared by Orna. The delicious spread was a perfect start to my day, and their attention to detail was evident in every bite. But it wasn't just about the amenities. Mr. Meir went above and beyond, sharing valuable insights about Tel Aviv, local life, parking tips, and restaurant recommendations. His knowledge enriched my experience and allowed me to explore the city with confidence. What stood out the most, however, was Mr. Meir's genuine interest in meaningful conversations. Whether discussing culture, travel, or life in general, he was an engaging and thoughtful companion. In summary, my stay with Mr. Meir and Orna was nothing short of exceptional. The location is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle to the airport. The staffs are very friendly. The receptionist who received us was extremely warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Her name is Nofar. Free tea/coffee around the clock and free snacks during the Happy Hour.

I was given early check-in.

I was given early check-in. There was a shuttle to the airport but you have to take a taxi there and that is expensive since the hotel is nowhere near the airport. No food is served on Shabbat and there is nowhere near to eat. The hotel looks more like a basic moderately priced hotel with no extras. The outside ' patio' is basically for smokers. The bedding smelled so strongly of floral perfume that it was hard to sleep. I wouldn't stay there again.

Conviently locates minutes from Ben Gurion Airport. Seamless check in. Efficient staff. Beautiful expansive rooms with all the necessities. Free overnight indoor parking. Very convienient shopping center below the hotel, with large food court, and all other necessities including a pharmacy. Great place to spend the night before tou travel

Second visit. Prior visit was from September 10 through September 14 for grandson's wedding. This one day visit was for the Hebrew New Year celebration. We live east of Jerusalem and our son and family live 5 minutes from the hotel. We expect to use the hotel in the future.

Cozy room, friendly staff. We didn't expect it, but there was happy hours in the evening - you could drink coffee or wine with snacks in the hotel lobby. Free airport transfer is a very convenient option.
