Welcoming team at reception, accommodating requests promptly and in a personal way. The building has retained character and some interesting design details have been added, located in a quite street just meters from a bustling part of Tel Aviv. Fancy breakfast (don't skip!) and wonderful staff to serve you. One of the best hotel experiences I have had among my over 1000 nights hotel stays.

10 minute or so walk to the beach and Carmel markets. Good cafe/eatery on ground floor and very close to various other cafes and restaurants. Stayed 6 nights. Room was a decent size. Well appointed with everything you need. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Balcony overlooking street was a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free beers and wine, filtered water and coffee up on the fourth floor communal seating area. And roof terrace with decent views over Tel Aviv.

As they had some free rooms during the days, I quickly got upgraded to a bigger room. I also liked the possibility of turning off the AC and opening the window. There is a nice café in the lobby where many people go working. The staff like Michel and Yuval helped me to feel like at home.

Excellent location.

Excellent location. Excellent hospitality by the host / owner. Great breakfast served. The owner did his best to allow me very pleasant stay. His assistance went way behind his formal obligations. The location of it is great too. Easy access to all directions. I warmly recommend this place.

Beautiful city, very close to Ramat Gan/Givatayim/Tel Aviv, a large mall with all the stores you need (Opir Depot, Shufersal, fast food complex (McDonald's, Japanika Kosher and more), convenience stores such as Be Pharm, Super Pharm, Halperin Optics, anyone interested can go to the movies and there is also a Gymboree complex for children from the age of 3. I would love to visit again. To hang out and be there for just one day/max two days.

It's a nice place in itself, especially the mall, which has a lot to offer! However, the selection and quality of the accommodations we visited were in the lower range and failed to satisfy even modest expectations.
