We had the most beautiful family vacation this August. We loved our huge comfortable room. We loved the play room for our kids, the grass with the blow up jumping activities, we loved the breakfast every morning. The pool was incredibly fun, it was amazing to have a water park 1 minute away. We also loved the Beach Cafe looking over the ocean. It was a dream vacation for us- I would recommend it to Everyone!!!!! Not too crowded by people, so calm and relaxing at night to sit on the grass. Staff was amazing. We will defiantly be coming back next summer!

I came to Raanana to visit family and found the Hotel to be comfortable, and welcoming and I had an all-around great stay. The staff is friendly, helping with every request; the Spa and Fitness center are state of the art; the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms were clean and perfect for my needs. I will absolutely return in the near future!!! Deena, the guest relations manager, made the hotel feel like we were staying in her home! She took such good care of us that I was literally blown away. As an American used to great service outside of Israel, Deena and the entire team at Prima have set a new bar of excellence for Israeli hotels!

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, amazing food (I usually do not like vegetarian, but here it was excellent, and they use milk and eggs so it's very convenient for those who don't want to go vegan). The Hotel is really outstanding: the room (actually a suite) was fantastic, fit with a complete kitchen (adequate to prepare something to eat for lunch) with a big fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine a microwave oven etc.. The room, featured by a large balcony looking toward the sea, was split in two parts: the living area, with a wide desk (I had to attend to some videocalls and the place was perfect to work) and a comfortable sofa to see the TV (one of the two wide screen TV was in the living room). The living room is also fit by a second toilet in case someone is occupying the main one. The night zone is also extremely comfortable. The bed is large and cmfortable, a wide TV with plenty of pay-TV channels , a proper quantity of plugs aside the bed to connect even more than one battery charger per side. The breakfast was incredible with such a rich choice of salted and sweet meals, all extremely tasty. Omelettes, eggs and pancakes are directly prepared by two cooks in the breakfast lounge. and the staff is continuously offering coffees, Cappucinos or any other hot drink. The swimming pool on the roof is well ventilated and notwithstanding the size of the surrounding space is not so huge, we always found space to lay on the deck chairs around the pool. Excellent and very powerful wi-fi coverage throughout the entire hotel (room and common spaces) All the staff, from the reception to the maintenance team or the asistants at the pool, in the SPA are extremely kind and collaborative. Really one of the best 10/10 rating I ever experienced!

I booked a two night stay at the Daniel hotel for a mini vacation, and it was superb! Every one of the staff, from the security guard to Ehran at breakfast, greeted me nicely. When I arrived at the hotel two hours earlier than check-in, I assumed I would leave my bag and come back later. To my delight, I was able to check in early, my room was ready, and I had been upgraded to the Shizen rooms with a balcony and view of the ocean! Osnat handled check-in and she was a sweetheart. Although getting to the room was a little dark and outdated, the room itself was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. I spent hours sitting on the balcony looking at the view. I also had the pleasure of going to the Shizen spa. It was my first time at a spa and it was a great experience. Veronica was nice and explained everything to me. I used the fitness room, which was clean and well-equipped. The pool is perfect for laps, and the jacuzzi was fun too. I got a classic massage by Natalia, who did a phenomenal job, and left the spa feeling great. Because I was staying in the Shizen wing, I was able to go back and forth from my room to the spa quickly. On my last day, the weather was sunny, and I spent the morning reading my book by the gorgeous pool and view of the beach. I had an excellent time at the Daniel hotel and look forward to staying there again.
