Our stay at Udhayam Residency in Thirunallar was exceptional. While vacating, we accidentally left behind a costly jerkin in the room and realized it only after reaching home. We contacted the property owner and the manager, and they took full efforts to locate it and courier it back to us, even during a cyclone. Hats off to them! Meiji and Mahanta are exceptional hosts; Meiji was exceptional in helping make my senior citizen mom feel at home. Madhan and the management team communicated very well and helped resolve a minor hiccup we had in locating the property. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent . The heritage character of the property is a delight. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
