Staff members : Garima Nandini Priyanka Kamal Shashi Vivek Atanu RAVINDRA Are the reason for me to go back to this property. They all displayed professional attitude and great hospitality. Mr Shashi was one of the best staff I ever met . He anticipates guests needs and exceeds expectations . He made us extremely comfortable by extending great personalised service . My wife and I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at Bloom Boutique - Chelon Haveli, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The heritage building is stunning, providing a unique and authentic atmosphere that truly enhanced our stay. Our room was enormous, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep. The room was equipped with AC and hot water, which added to our comfort during our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right near all the major sites in the old city, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the local area. The staff at Bloom Boutique were friendly and attentive, contributing significantly to our pleasant stay. """A special mention goes to Bidyut, whose exceptional service and excellent food recommendations made our dining experiences memorable. Because of his service and food selections, we extended our one-day stay up to two days""" We are grateful for the efforts of Dheerap and the entire staff, who ensured we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was amazing, adding to the overall enjoyment of our trip. Every meal was a delight, and we appreciated the variety and quality of the dishes offered. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the charm of the old city with all the comforts of modern hospitality.

This hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and really made sure we had a lovely stay. the rooms were nicely appointed and had space to relax after a day of sightseeing. the staff were kind enough to help us with taxi transfers to/from the train station as well. definitely recommend Dera Rawatsar as your base in Jaipur.
