The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.

Our stay at the Al azrah hotel was truly lovely. Even before we got there, members of the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, always willing to aid us in anything we might need. The room was lovely and we always had hot water. The food at the hotel is also very tasty, we enjoyed tea and cookies every day.
