Their two pet dogs added an extra touch of warmth — super friendly and absolutely adorable! The location is away from the hustle and bustle, which makes it perfect for relaxation. I had a self-drive car, so commuting to nearby spots was easy and flexible. All in all, Rustic Roots is a wonderful stay — serene, homely, and memorable. The staff really went out of their ways to make me feel comfortable. They were always available for me if I had questions or needed something arranged. They gave me lots of recommendations for Amritsar. They were most helpful and so accommodating. Great location too. I loved that my room had Netflix so I could unwind in the evening. Can highly recommend this stay. I will come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The staff made me feel very cared for and safe. The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious with all the mod cons and some nice architectural detailing. There was a pool on my doorstep and the room itself had a private hot tub with jacuzzi settings. The staff went over and above to deliver on service and even helped me with some of my transport needs. I would highly recommend a stay here! Great way to unwind and relax whatever the occasion.

*From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome *Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a refreshing welcome drink and warm greetings. *The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was super comfortable, *The room also had a minibar stocked with great options and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services. *where the atmosphere was relaxed and serene. *Dining at The Cape House was a highlight! We enjoyed breakfast in morning at the main restaurant, which had a vast selection of fresh options, including an omelet station and fresh fruit. *And the staff was always happy to provide recommendations. *The service at this hotel is second to none. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They were attentive without being intrusive and always had great recommendations for activities and local spots to visit. The location is also very near to the Airport. Its hardly took me 5 mins to reach at hotel from the airport It is very calm and peaceful *The combination of luxurious accommodations, world-class service, and incredible amenities makes it a standout destination. I’ll definitely be returning! *Lastly when I was booking this property for a stay in Amritsar, I was doing bit of research on this property was going through some points! My experience changed my mind-set regarding this property it is way awesome best hospitality top notch amenities.
