Very well managed access to Ram Janambhumi temple for visitors. It certainly helps to have advance booking for temple visit (free of cost "Sugam Darshan" booking). Nice views around Ram Ki Pairi Delicious street food. Ongoing infrastructure/construction work resulting in dusty and bumpy rides on city streets. For best experience visit during winter months (it was quite hot and humid during last week of Sept)

Roads in Ayodhya are good from the airport to Temple. After that road work is not completed. So not convenient to travel by tuk tuk for old people. Uber/ Ola service do not work as expected. My ride to airport was 216 Rs while drivers said they would not come below 500 Rs. So I had to pay it. Tuk tuk costed 100 rs even for a 300 meter ride (for old parents). The place is good one time watch. But be careful with old people. My favourite places were Ram Janma Bhoomi temple, Hanuman Garhi and Guptar ghat. We ate via zomato mostly pizza. Local food was too oily and spicy.

Ram Temple is the superb. A must visit for every one. However, the city is not so clean. It is not the Government for this reason but public participation needed for which awareness creation is most important. In particular honking, it is terrific even with traffic. People should have sense or Govt should pass an order to remove the horns from the vehicles!!

We went there in the month of June and faced with severe load shedding; min of 4 hours daily and we stayed for 3 days. Initially they told that it will be for 5-10 mins and they will run ac also for the comfort but upon payment, they refused. The condition of the bathroom was also not good, water got stagnant after a bath. On top of these, the attitude of the people there was horrible and we were lied to for any question asked. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST.

Its a city of LORD RAMA. Excellent. Temple is under renovation. Its going to be one of the Seven Wonders of world if properly maintained about cleanliness for visitors. There is need to improve LORD HANUMAN Temple as well at HANUMANGARHI. Because as per Hindu mythology we cannot meed Lord Rama unless we do not get permission from LORD HANUMAN. So facilities at Hanuman Garhi Temple also need taken care of. JAI SITA RAM. JAI HANUMAN
