We were told that we cant use the swimming pool or have...

We were told that we cant use the swimming pool or have dinner nearby the pool and need to have it inside the hotel room as there's a private party organized over the poolside. This event wasn't mentioned on booking.com and they lied that they had mentioned it everywhere. Had to raise a complaint to booking.com upon which we were given seats near the poolside to have dinner. The swimming pool has restrictions on the clothes being worn. This isn't mentioned on the website else we would have brought those. The main drawback is that you cant bring your own food/drinks to the hotel. This is not mentioned anywhere. It's like we are exposed to n number of rules upon arrival that we didn't even know/read before. breakfast is average. It took 30 minutes to refill the coffee jar upon asking the management for it. The management is worst here. We had asked to play table tennis(tt, snooker games are chargeable here). We had to wait for 10 minutes for the appropriate person to unfold the table and then after all the arrangements were done, we were told that they don't have the bat to play table tennis. This was the height of disappointment and we decided that we won't be staying here any longer and checked out in the evening itself.

Staff need more Training.The Manager has no clue to ran the Hotel.He should check at least 10 Rooms every Day.The same goes for the Breakfast Area.The Manager should Know who many Person are staying at the Hotel the previous Day.So that the Staff does not Panic!I have Managed IHG Group of Companies has Director of Operation for manyYears.

A cozy, tidy place that met all our needs. The 2 room apartment was comfortable for 4 people and had sufficient amenities. The staff was friendly and offered additional information and help with travel around Goa. The shuttle service to the Betalbatim beach was good as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options for everybody.

We spent 3 amazing days close to the sea in a very quiet environment and well organised with sweet bungalows. The hotel has a nice restaurant cooking good Indian food. The staff is warm and welcoming, always ready to assist and advice.

Nice location. Lovely ppl. Pls visit Betalbatim during monsoon and stay at Lux Studios, it’s a wonderful experience. Lincoln(Host) is really helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!
