I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

I grew up in Mumbai. Lots of fond memories. Great city with great work culture, nice shopping, restaurants, reasonable weather. Infrastructure is a dampener but the Mumbai spirit is helpful, indomitable and never gives up. My favourite place in Mumbai is Bandra. It has glamour, the sea, lovely quaint Christian bungalows that builders have always been trying to acquire, lovely eating and drinking places, great bookshops, a super cool attitude and a generally friendly and helpful public.

The people are wonderful - if you want to feel like royalty, go to Mumbai! It's easy to get taxis at reasonable prices and everything is great value when compared to how much we pay for things in England.

Mumbai is a vibrant and bustling city, at times claustrophobic and not for the faint hearted. However, it is well a worth a visit and a unique experience. Fort in particular is a lovely area. It's easy to get by on the metro, with a new line being added that goes from the airport to the centre. Otherwise, uber is your best bet for an affordable taxi. The city is very loud and busy and there is not really a quieter area. But this is all part of the charm! We liked eating at anna idli and 100% veg thali restaurants. We also went to aram for a vada pav - must try in Mumbai!

5 star hotel with 5 star facilities, staff, spa and bonus of the Palladium / Phoenix mall attached to it. No need to take a taxi in the busy streets. Hotel has great choice of restaurants and widest range of breakfasts we have ever seen. Service is 10 star !!!!! Rooms were spacious. We were in a suite and in the lap of luxury. Location : Situated in the middle of Mumbai so going north to Juhu/ Bandra or south to Colaba was convenient.

One of my favourite 5 star property. The staff from the entrance of the hotel are very welcoming. The check in process was very smooth. Ms Kajal assisted me till the room and explained me all the details. I was surprised to see that the room was decorated as requested and a lovely strawberry cake which was super yummy. The runway view was the best part since I am an aviation fan. Overall experience was really good.

Very good hotel in a an excellent location in Mumbai. 5 star breakfast and the staff was just amazing answering all your requests in a very friendly and efficient manner. Most rooms have quite small windows which made me request an upgrade. The new room was fantastic, spacious and bright with a big and confortable bed.
