Very courteous staff. Pleasant and helpful. I had to weigh my luggage (had to fly the next day) and the staff even arranged a weighing scale for me even when it was not available readily onsite. Good location. Walkable distance from the main road, shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy are all close by. Bus stop, auto/taxi stand too. Spacious room and bath, hot water throughout, airco perfect.

The team looked after me very well. They are all kind, smiling, and responsive. Excellent teamwork. Laundry facilities are available for the guests to do their own laundry. If staying for long, this would be very handy. In the morning, continental and Kerala-style breakfasts are served on the rooftop. I really enjoyed Kerala breakfast, which is different every day. Simple but tasty food gives a good start to the day. This is definitely a home away from home.

During my stay at the Novotel in Kochi, I was truly impressed by how the entire team embodied L’esprit Accor through their professionalism, warmth, and genuine sense of hospitality. Every staff member contributed to making me feel comfortable and well cared for, which reflects a strong team spirit. Among them, Gayathry Subhasini and Chif Sushil particularly stood out. Gayathry, always smiling and attentive, showed a sincere concern for my well-being throughout my stay. Chif, the chef, demonstrated remarkable professionalism by personally asking for feedback on his dishes and offering me to try specialties tailored to my tastes. Their attitude perfectly represents L’esprit Novotel: the art of blending skill, kindness, and attention to detail to create an authentic and memorable guest experience.
