The location of the property is just too good. The staff is so courteous and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Mrinmoy (in the back office) & Mr. Mahesh (at the reception). I can only describe this hotel in superlatives. We were greeted with hot tea and very professional staff members upon check-in. Our room had a fantastic view over the surrounding hills, including the Kanchenjunga. We had water and tea-making amenities in the room. The hotel is quite cold during winter, so wear your jacket in the common areas, but the room was well-heated with a radiator and felt very cozy. It was spacious, with an upper deck where the bed and the bathroom were and a lower deck close to the windows with a social area to enjoy the view. The food in the restaurant was terrific, and so was the service. Altogether, we had an unforgettable experience and will likely come back, despite Darjeeling being several days of travel time from our home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable - it's right next to Mall Road Chaurasta, making it super convenient for exploring the town. And the cherry on top? When I booked my stay here, I expected it to be like any other hotel, but I was taken by surprise. The hospitality provided by this hotel was more than I had expected. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. We can see the entire Kanchenjunga range from the hotel. This is a family-owned business so guests are taken extra care of. Lots of complimentary tea and snacks are provided by the owners who personally make sure your stay is super comfortable and better than expected. They respond to you very quickly and make sure everything is up to the mark. Such a high level of care and service for such a low price cannot be found anywhere else. This is the best property to stay at while traveling to Darjeeling.

I can only describe this hotel in superlatives. We were greeted with hot tea and very professional staff members upon check-in. Be careful about less width roads sometimes get too bumpy or steep upside and some pathholes could be dangerous if you have not 4x4 veh like bolero,tata sumo gold apart from it takes APPX 3 min to cover 1km pl keep in mind

Excellent stay at Himalok Homestay.

Excellent stay at Himalok Homestay. Mr Sagar Pradhan and Sashi was very much cooperative and very nice host. They took care about all our small to small requirements and fulfilled all our demands in a very efficient and in a polite manner. The couple are very friendly and they made us feel like a home away from home. Best place in respect to connectivity to all places with sharing taxis and vehicles. Best part of the property is the breath taking view of Mount Kanchenjunga from its balcony which is simply the best view in comparison to all the places in Darjeeling. Home cooked food by Sashi was very delicious and healthy. This homestay made our trip memorable. This homestay is highly recommended for all those who are interested to visit to Darjeeling.

Darjeeling is called the Queen of hills for a reason and I have very high expectations with this place which created a hype in my mind and my expectations were perfectly met and after the trip, I only have one dream to buy a house here and live here forever 😄

Sir, I am Samiran Samanta booked a Hotel in Darjeeling from 26 Jan 2024 to 28 Jan 2024 at 16.12.2023 and received confirm mail from you.. today I call my hotel for booking confirmation .. they told me please send Rs. 1000 for booking confirmation.. I am send this amount... Unfortunately received a phone call from hotel they told me booking not confirmed because all room are booked.. this is very unfortunate for me.. because I am already on way with my family. That is very very unfortunate for me...

We had an amazing stay at summit Swiss heritage. We loved the view, waking up to Kanchenjunga every morning. Also the staff was really friendly and helped us with our 2 year toddler. He really enjoyed the play area upstairs. They arranged a memorable birthday party for him. Even they packed a small breakfast box for our son for our journey back as we checked out early morning. Will definitely keep this hotel as our goto stay point in Darjeeling for our family.

We had a wonderful stay! The room and the bathroom were exceptionally neat and clean , and the attention to detail was impressive. I especially loved the interior design. It felt very stylish and welcoming. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place near Mall road, Darjeeling.

The hotel was super clean with friendly staff members. It was parking and is closer to batasia loop on the main road. The location is wonderful as you can reach Darjeeling main market within 6kms and yet enjoy your serenity of nature
