What a really lovely hotel, quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful organising all our taxi cars (which I must add that the drivers were really good and helpful also). When sonething was needed the staff were very prompt in organising or getting it for us. The restaurant has a good choice of food, and breakfast was adequate. The hotel also has a small bar, which is a bonus. This is more than a 3-star hotel. We would happily stay here again and will recommend to friends.

There could not be a better property to use as a base for visiting the Ajanta and Ellora Caves and other places in and around Aurangabad. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent kitchen, beautiful grounds. The appointments in the room are a bit dated, but this added to the charm of the property. Special thanks to driver Razik, who was outstanding in taking me and my colleague to the Ajanta and Ellora Caves and assisting me to get medical attention when I fell in one of the caves; to chef Sainath Rathod for his excellent meals in Latitude; and to Duty Manager Khizar Mirza for ensuring that I received the first aid required after my fall and for his overall care and attention.

The room was spacious, clean and new. The staff were extremely helpfull, friendly and spoke english. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel is located a couple of kilometers from the train station and is on the 2nd floor of the tower. It's close to a great dosa restaurant, tandoori restaurant, beer and juice shops. If I could give it more stars I would! I can highly recommend this hotel if your staying to visit the caves.
