Its an excellent place which is very convenient and very cooperative with smiley face people. I used only brunch at that time due to my office working hours. They serve so delicious, tasty and even healthy food. They care very well.

Very close to the airport and value for money.
Huge buffet & Scrumptious breakfast.
The staff went over and above with their service, The Front office manager even went above and beyond to drop us at the airport since there were no other transport options available at that time. This gesture really touched us and speaks volume about the kind of hospitality to expect from 5* Hotels & Resorts.

The whole package in Booking is wrong misleading as the hotel is not at all close to the airport - the km distance on google maps is all wrong. You need to check as I now dont trust booking.com
Also they force a monopoly to charge Rs 700 for a 10 minute taxi ride which on meter reading should be Rs 100
staff does not know anything and is least bothered.

Silent and pleasant location of the hotel. No noises in the night. Food is on an average level, lack of meat choices.
