The people running the hotel were very kind. The room was nice and big, and they provide free snacks (!). The internet was fantastic, and the bed very comfortable. Room was cleaned very well every day, and breakfast was outstanding with a delicious buffet including fruits, cereals, bread, idli, paratha, cakes, bao buns, juices, lassi and so much more. Even peanut buffer and pancakes! The hotel was very close to the entrance of the Dalai Lama temple. The personnel was extremely kind: when I shifted from Yewang Hotel (which they also own) to Norbu House, they moved my luggage to my room while I was away for the day. They were also very kind when I broke my elbow on a trek.

I very much appreciated their complimentary drink (a milk coffee in my case) upon arrival, and I loved the location. It was very easy to walk to HH the Dalai Lama's temple and down to the LTWA. The food was terrific, views from the restaurant and my room (401, with a perfect little balcony!) were amazing! My room was sizable and very comfortable. There's an elevator, which is convenient. I had everything I needed and wanted. Staff were very kind and accommodating. I'd like to stay there again in the future.
