Hospitality was awesome. Mr. Jolly was always there for us for anything we needed. Especially would like to mention that our river safari got cancelled due to some technical issue. We asked Mr. Jolly if he could do something. Within 2 hrs he got us a booking for next morning. That too at cheaper rate. Food was ok. But next day when we suggested how to prepare, they put extra effort and made exactly how we wanted

Had a wonderful experience at the resort. It's an amazing property, and the rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and polite. The restaurant services are also awesome. The property offers multiple recreational activities like cycling, indoor games, etc making the overall experience great. I will definitely be coming back here.

The staff were really helpful getting rickshaws, booking taxis and advice about where to go. The location was within easy walking distance of the Palace, zoo and restaurants. The market was also close by. The room was a good size, clean with views of the Palace. The bed was really comfortable and a good hot shower. The hotel hasn't got a restaurant yet, but work is underway to complete this. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Mysore.

Comfortable. Clean. Secure. Good fan and aircon if needed. Good location for central Mysore and easy access to Gokulam via auto or taxi. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant good if you wish to eat in the evening. Great value for money.
