Relatively new property, excellent quality of infrastructure and fixtures, wide selection of delicious breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, accessible location for everything including uber. What a gorgeous property… completely unexpected, nestled behind an extremely busy central street, is this oasis of charm and character. The staff are extremely courteous and I felt very safe and well looked after. I was honoured to be one of the first international guests to this newly renovated hotel that suited my needs perfectly - centrally located yet classically Kerala-esque and elegant in design - by far my preference over modern-style accommodations. Despite the busy neighbourhood the room was quiet and you could almost forget the city location based on the interior calm. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again when visiting the area.
