We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

This was by far the fanciest (but definitely not priciest) accommodation I had in my 3 month stay in India. This place could easily have 4 or 5 star rating. It’s tucked away in a very busy area but it’s very quiet. It was open barely a few weeks ago and looks like a beautiful villa, very tastefully furnished, full of plants and impeccably kept. The rooms are very tasteful with all the amenities a high end hotel can offer. To say it’s good value for money would be an understatement. The same price can get you an average homestay in fort kochi (mine had ants and no back up generator). The area is far from the tourist attractions but definitely feels more genuine and has way better and more plentiful food options around (check out Milano ice cream). I stayed in fort kochi for a couple of days and by far prefer Ernakulam, as it lacks the overpriced and average restaurants that target tourists that are everywhere in fort. I cannot say anything about food offered by the hotel because they didn’t offer it yet when I was there, but they will in a couple of weeks. I’m sure that it will be great though and will make this hotel a real gem.

location in the modern, new part of the city center, a little far from the center of Fort Kochi, the room was clean, and so was the bed, the corridor was a little less clean, the room has air conditioning, they arranged a taxi to the airport for us at a very affordable price, good value for money money

Very courteous staff. Pleasant and helpful. I had to weigh my luggage (had to fly the next day) and the staff even arranged a weighing scale for me even when it was not available readily onsite. Good location. Walkable distance from the main road, shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy are all close by. Bus stop, auto/taxi stand too. Spacious room and bath, hot water throughout, airco perfect.
