This place is incredible, with such good taste and delicacy, until the smallest details. It is immersed in nature, with beautiful gardens and amazing family temples. The room (17th century) is big, comfortable, with door windows, terrace, amazing park view, and the bathroom is a piece of art. The restaurant has very good quality food, and the team who works in Deo Bagh is very kind and professional. I loved all of it, this place has a soul, thank you.

Our 3rd trip to India, in 7 years and this has been a real gem of a hotel to find, geat value. ALL staff were excellent -friendly, professional, and helpful. Cleaning was immaculate. Even outside on the rooftop was clean, which is hard in the dusty location. Mattress was amazingly comfortable. Powerful shower and large fluffy towels - perfect. Quiet in a noisy locale. Special thank you to Poorva on front desk, she is amazing, helping us arrange a diver to sightsee, extending our stay, answering the phone, attending to other guests - multi-tasking genius and all with great efficiency and a smile, a real star at the hotel. Thank you also to the manager for making us feel welcome. Keep up your wonderful hospitality.

Our recent stay at Taj Usha Kiran Palace was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. The team's thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident right from the start. We were pleasantly surprised when they graciously upgraded our room to a ground-floor haven, which made things incredibly convenient for my elderly father. Their assistance with a wheelchair was not only appreciated but showcased a level of service that sets Taj Usha Kiran Palace apart. A special shoutout to Mr. Bhavesh, who took it upon himself to arrange a delightful walk for my father. His commitment and dedication to ensuring our utmost comfort were truly commendable. Ms. Aarushi's personal touch in organizing a drawing and coloring activity for our kid added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The culinary delights served were a feast for the senses - the food and tea were beyond delicious. Our rooms were not just accommodations; they were cocoons of comfort, with beds so cozy that every night was a restful retreat. Ms. Riya, always at our beck and call, ensured that our requests were promptly and efficiently taken care of. The ambiance of the palace is nothing short of regal. With two temples within the premises, the atmosphere exuded peace and spirituality, making us feel like Maharajas in our own right. To top it off, the horse cart riding experience for our son was an absolute delight, adding an extra layer of joy to our stay.
