We had a fantastic family stay at Fern Tree. They arranged all our requests, being with small children is always really appreciated. We were lucky to get, by surprise, a New Year Eve party and buffet dinner which was so well organised and had so much fun being with other local guests. Hotel facilities were great, clean and well maintained. Plus swimming pool was fantastic. Akhil and all staff members have been very helpful and attentive, and genuinely nice people. And they even arranged a courier for some stuff we forgot, which was highly appreciated. We hope to see you back sometime. Absolutely recommend the hotel!

We had a fantastic time at Serene Crest Resort. we were a group of six people and we had the best holidays here.The staffs were exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The serenity is one of the things that will be appreciated amongst the great food, clean and useful amenities and a very helpful caretaker. Mr. Bejoy was very helpful as he was making sure that we reach the stay safely and have a good time and he helped us to figure out a lot of things which we had questions about and then comes Mr. Rijeesh who is an exceptional caretaker, he provided us with whatever we asked and more, he also took on some nearby attractions. The whole stay and everything about it is something I highly appreciate and which I will blindly trust for the next time visit so overall if anybody is looking for a stay which has the potential to make u appreciate the beauty of silence, nature and a majestic sunrise with all the required amenities which u can enjoy without any worries then this is the place. Keep up the good job and I will be visiting the soon again. Thank you.
