This is a star category hotel in budget pricing. The room was awesome. Rooms are luxury and big in size. Have all modern amenities even the washroom is having hair dryer. Hotel is having fast wifi and a live karaoke bar. Food was amazing. They gave us welcome drink on arrival.

We stayed at Oro Montana Hotels & Resorts for 3 nights and had an exceptional experience. The entire staff is extremely polite, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that guests are well taken care of—even late at night, our requests were promptly addressed. A special mention to the F&B team—Dinesh, Nisha, and Rajeev—for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The property is located slightly on the outskirts of Gangtok, which is actually a plus—it’s peaceful, quiet, and offers a welcome escape from the hustle and noise of the city. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful monastery within the premises, which adds a serene, calming vibe and makes the surroundings even more picturesque. The food is strictly vegetarian, but incredibly delicious—freshly prepared as per guests' preferences, and served with care. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. Overall, Oro Montana offers a luxurious yet peaceful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sikkim who is looking for comfort, serenity, and great hospitality.

It was wonderful. The beautiful, quiet location really suited us and the stylish contemporary decoration - made it really comfortable. All the facilities were great. Due to the Northern areas of Sikkim being closed we ended up spending 9 nights here in total and enjoyed the pool, the wonderful treatments from Pubyang in the Spa, the dining end evening entertainment in between our excursions. So many fantastic staff, starting with Kishan the duty manager who I spoke to from the UK. He reassured me that their tour guide could handle the pick up from Bagdogra and arrange a driver for all our planned locations. Their in-house tour manager, Sangay Sherpa was amazing, super efficient and took care of all of our transportation needs. He hired the fabulous Praveen Subba who drove us the entire trip, sharing his extensive knowledge and ensuring that as two women travellers we felt completely safe at all times. He’s a star! So many other wonderful staff especially Mingma who prepared the traditional Sikkimese breakfast for us most mornings and Veronica one of the reception managers. The whole team strove to make sure our experience was the best it could be. We very much hope to return.

Great location, beautiful ambience, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, had a great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, flashy interior, room with excellent service and a great view. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional it was very clean and very near to mg mark it's 2 minute walkable distance.room with excellent service were we had dinner food was very tasty 😋 😀 👌 and good and hotel staff were very helpfull.and they provided us transport also to nathula and local sightseeing in a a loo bugged and suggest gangtok traveler's to visit this hotel.

Location is far away from gangtok city about 27 km so place is ideal for nature lovers, away from city hustle bustle but power supply is erratic which can be improved by keeping solar lanterns and by installing solar panels with battery back up of 36 hrs. Transportation to gangtok takes about 1500 INR which is costly
